Your Responsibilities:
  • Actively assist Right-handers and supervisors in structural repair, foundation, and specialized construction projects.
  • Perform general construction tasks under supervision, such as area preparation, controlled demolition, and material handling.
  • Learn the correct and safe use of manual, electric, and motorized tools and equipment.
  • Keep the work area clean, tidy and safe.
  • Load, unload, and organize equipment, tools, and materials safely and efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
  • No previous experience is required, but a genuine interest in the construction industry is.
  • Ability to perform demanding physical work outdoors and lift at least 47 pounds.
  • Be responsible and punctual, with your own transportation to get to meeting points or projects.
  • Ability to follow directions and learn proactively.
  • Reside in Puerto Rico - West Area
What We Offer :
💰 Salary: $10.5 - $15 per hour based on demonstrable experience
📈 Incentives: Additional hourly pay for work at height/guindola.
