We’re hiring Construction Laborers to join our foundation repair crews. No experience needed—we train you. This is a hands-on role with year-round work, real equipment, and a clear path to advancement. If you show up, work hard, and want more than just a job, we’ll give you the opportunity to grow.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Start at our Centennial yard, load up, and head to the job site
- Work with your crew installing foundation repair systems
- Learn to run equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, and hydraulic drive heads
- Complete the job, clean up, and head back to the yard
What You’ll Get
- 4-day work week (Mon–Thurs, 10-hour shifts) – most Fridays off

- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
