Job Title: General Laborer


Position Overview:

We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and help wherever needed in the warehouse. This is a great role for someone who is a quick learner and does not mind doing physical labor. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, team orientated, and willing to jump in wherever support is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Float between departments to provide support where workload demands are highest
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (training may be provided)
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
  • Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred. but not required
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices
  • Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment
  • Flexibility to work in different areas and perform a variety of tasks

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to push and pull equipment and products
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • Capable of maintaining energy throughout an 10-hour shift
