Lo que vas a hacer (El Trabajo Real):
✅ Carpintería Estructural: Montar y desmontar moldes (madera/metal) para zapatas y muros.
✅ Esfuerzo Físico: Cargar paneles, madera y material pesado (50lbs+) bajo el sol.
✅ Herramientas: Uso experto de sierra circular, taladro de impacto y herramientas de mano.
✅ Trabajo en Equipo: Aquí nadie trabaja solo; apoyas a tu compañero y mantienes el área segura.

Requisitos OBLIGATORIOS (Si no cumples, no apliques):
⏱️ Puntualidad de Reloj: El equipo depende de ti. Llegar a tiempo es ley.
💪 Resistencia: Buena condición física para trabajar todo el día de pie y cargando.
🏗️ Experiencia: Previa y demostrable en construcción.
🚗 Transportación Propia: Indispensable.
📍 Residencia: Vivir en Puerto Rico.

Lo que Ofrecemos:
💰 Salario: $14.00 - $18.00 / hora (Según experiencia demostrable).
📈 Incentivos: Pago extra por hora en trabajos de Altura/Guindola.
