Your Core Responsibilities: Pushing Toward Excellence
  • Field Support: Conduct project visits for documentation and data collection (photos, notes, measurements) following the instructions of the engineering team.
  • Information Organization: Assist in the processing and organization of the data collected in the field (create tables, photographic reports, organize files) to facilitate the engineer's analysis.
  • Support in Reports: Collaborate in the preparation and format of technical reports and proposals (formatting, compilation of annexes, basic review).
  • Engineering Team Support: Support in coordinating the department's calendar, following up on tasks, and serve as a professional liaison with clients.
  • Use of Technology: Be a tech-savvy person with the curiosity to learn and apply new tools (including management software and AI) to improve team efficiency.
  • Project Logistics: Support in the coordination and logistics of field visits, including inspections and exploration projects.

What We Look for in You: An "Always Pa'lante" Professional 
  • Academic Background: Active (ongoing) student of Baccalaureate or Technical Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Draughtsman (Drawing) or a related field.
  • Technological Dexterity (Tech-Savvy): Ease of learning and handling digital tools (Google Workspace, mobile apps). You don't need to be an expert, but you do need to have the curiosity and willingness to learn our software quickly.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with the reading and interpretation of construction plans. No expert level is required, just the ability to understand the basics.
  • Proactive Attitude: Demonstrate a desire to "Throw the Rest", with a high sense of responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism: Good presentation, communication skills, and "tact" to interact directly with customers.
  • Logistics: Own vehicle in good condition and availability to travel to the projects through Puerto Rico.
  • Communication: Good oral and written communication skills in Spanish (intermediate English is a plus).

Transportation

  • In case you are assigned to work at a location more than 40 miles from your town of residence, additional compensation will apply to travel time.
  • A weekly transportation stipend may apply instead of the above at the Company's discretion.

  • Once you have been working for 2 weeks, you can request salary advances.
