Nexo Técnico busca un profesional de campo con carácter y técnica. No hacemos construcción básica; reparamos y salvamos la infraestructura crítica de Puerto Rico. Si te apasiona la ingeniería civil real y tienes madera de líder, te queremos en el equipo.

Tu Reto: Serás el responsable técnico y operativo de nuestros proyectos en la región Sur. No estarás sentado; estarás garantizando que la ejecución sea fiel al diseño.

Lo que harás día a día:
  • Supervisión Técnica: Interpretar planos complejos y asegurar que la brigada ejecute con precisión milimétrica.
  • Liderazgo de Seguridad: Ser el "Campeón de Seguridad" en sitio. Cero accidentes es la meta.
  • Gestión de Recursos: Controlar el inventario y rendimiento en obra.
  • Reporte de Avance: Mantener a la oficina central informada con datos reales del campo.
Perfil del Candidato Ideal:
  • Local: Residente del Área Metro con disponibilidad de viajar.
  • Técnico: Graduado de Ingeniería Civil, Tecnología de la Construcción o afines.
  • Líder: Capacidad demostrada para supervisar personal y contratistas.
  • Equipado: Auto propio y dominio de herramientas digitales (Google Drive/Docs).

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
