This role ensures that all sales processes, training, accountability measures, and performance standards are consistently implemented and aligned with the company’s growth goals.
- Lead and coach Senior Managers, Team Leads, and Project Managers to achieve individual and regional sales targets.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture built on accountability, consistent follow-up, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop emerging leaders and future managers within the sales organization.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and goal-setting meetings to reinforce standards and celebrate wins.
- Ensure consistent execution of Ram Jack’s sales process, software utilization, and lead follow-up standards across all regions.
- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics — including appointments, close ratios, revenue, and margins — and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Partner with the Senior Director to establish and manage sales goals, forecasts, and performance incentives.
- Support continuous improvement through field ride-alongs, coaching, and real-time feedback.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality Control and Production leadership to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to installation.
- Provide consistent communication and performance updates to the Senior Director.
- Share best practices between markets to drive overall company-wide sales excellence.
- Spend approximately 30% of time in the field conducting ride-alongs, mentoring Project Managers, and supporting regional sales efforts.
