Your Role in "La Carreta": The Architect of Our Payroll Systems
This is not a data entry position. We are looking for a "Real Professional"![ 🏆 ][image1] Technical-analytical who leads the optimization of our payroll and administration systems as part of our team.

Your mission will be to manage, integrate and automate our platforms (ADP and QuickBooks Online), eliminate the dependence on manual processes and turn payroll data into business intelligence. You'll be the systems expert that ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Digital Payroll Optimization: Manage and configure the ADP Workforce Now platform (profiles, time tracking, benefits) to process weekly payroll.
  • Systems Integration: To "own" critical integrations, ensuring that ADP, QuickBooks Online, and our timekeeping systems operate frictionlessly.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Extract and analyze KPIs (labor cost per project, overtime) and generate analytical reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Digital Compliance: Maintain digital and physical records ensuring compliance with all reports required by law (W-2, 499R-2/3, Driver, etc.).
  • Operational redundancy: Serve as the key operational backup in critical functions for Administrative Management.
  • You will have ownership of the ADP system, with authority to propose and execute configuration changes that improve efficiency (high-risk changes require approval, standard process improvements do not).
Essential Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrable experience in administrative process optimization (2-4 years). If you come from another industry but master systems and have an analytical mindset, we want to meet you. We value potential over pedigree.
  • Software (Power User):
    • Experience with at least ONE enterprise payroll system (ADP, Paychex, Gusto, etc.) Or demonstrable willingness to become certified at ADP in your first 60 days (we provide paid training).
    • Intermediate level in QuickBooks Online. * Intermediate level in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables/pivots, formulas).
  • Formation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (with a concentration in Information Systems) or Human Resources with a technical emphasis.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to diagnose problems in processes, not just execute them. Extreme attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn how to use AI and apply it in everyday processes.
  • Languages: Native Spanish and advanced business English.
  • Ability to work on multiple conflicting priorities without becoming paralyzed.
  • Ability to communicate bad news (mistakes, delays) proactively.
  • Willingness to ask for help when you don't know something.

  • In case you are assigned to work at a location more than 40 miles from your town of residence, additional compensation will apply to travel time.
