Tus Responsabilidades del Día a Día:
  • Asistir y ejecutar trabajos de estructuras y construcción general.
  • Utilizar con destreza herramientas y equipos manuales, eléctricos y motorizados.
  • Cargar y descargar equipos, herramientas y materiales de forma segura y eficiente.
  • Mantener la seguridad como prioridad número uno, siguiendo nuestro compromiso de "Cero Fallas, Cero Accidentes" y utilizando siempre tu Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP).

Cualificaciones Esenciales:
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en construcción, pero no es indispensable si demuestras compromiso y ganas de aprender.
  •  Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico demandante, que incluye levantar al menos 47 libras, en exteriores y bajo diversas condiciones climáticas. 
  • Ser responsable y puntual, con transportación propia para llegar a los distintos proyectos.
  • Una actitud de "Siempre Pa'lante": dispuesto(a) a aprender y enfrentar nuevos retos.
  • Residir en la Zona Oeste (Moca) de Puerto Rico.

    • Horario base de lunes a viernes, 7:00 AM a 3:30 PM, con la flexibilidad requerida para dar la milla extra cuando el proyecto lo necesite (compensado por ley).

Compensation: $14.00 per hour

Transportation

Our compensation policies for travel time and mileage will apply according to the role.

In summary:

  • If assigned to reach a project or location one hour or more away from your place of residence, a stipend applies for each day worked at that location.
  • Trips during working hours in your vehicle to attend company matters can be submitted for mileage reimbursement.
  • In case you are assigned to work at a location more than 40 miles from your town of residence, additional compensation will apply to travel time.
  • A weekly transportation stipend may apply instead of the above at the Company's discretion.

 

Bonuses:

As required by law.

There may be productivity bonuses, or incentives to be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

 

Salary Advances

  • Once you have been working for 2 weeks, you can request salary advances. 
  • The advance will be deducted in reasonable and agreed-upon installments.
