This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment for visitors and callers while assisting with various aspects of our call center operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals with professionalism and warmth.
Call Center Assistance: Support the call center team by assisting with scheduling, follow-up calls, or data entry as required.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support to clients, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
Communication Support: Assist in drafting and sending email correspondence and other communications as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service and Call Center teams to support seamless operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
