This position is crucial for the smooth operation of our franchise locations across the US, acting as the essential link between our franchises/dealerships and Ram Jack corporate headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service through both written and verbal communication.
Coordinate Appointments: Schedule sales appointments for our sales teams across the country.
Follow-Up Support: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction and address any ongoing needs for both new and existing clients.
Manage CRM Data: Maintain and update customer information in our customer relationship management software.
Versatile Duties: Perform other relevant tasks as assigned to support our operations.

Supervision: While you will receive guidance from the Customer Service Manager and Supervisor, this role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
