- Check on all projects during the day or week as the landscape permits.
- Coordinate workload of crews, prioritize job assignments, and generate records, reports, and activities to the Production Manager.
- Coordinate with Production Manager on all equipment breakdowns and needs as well as preventative maintenance schedule
- Make final decision in the absence of the Production Manager and ensure all Ram Jack policies and procedures are in place.
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment in a clean and responsible manner.
- You must have construction experience, preferably a minimum of two years.
- You must be self-motivated, a team player, and physically capable to handle the workload.
- You must be able to take and give direction effectively to complete the task at hand.
- You must be able to speak in a professional manner to customers, especially when reviewing the job plan and doing a final walk through.
- You must be able to manage all aspects of the job, including the crew.
- You must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
